And that if you always wear a bra the area of the cleavage becomes weaker and the tits get saggy earlier (that phrase sounds funny but this is not my mother tongue and it's quite late here... So... Yeah, I hope it's well structured

It's both, if you wear it all day they lose strenght, but if you never wear it the weight itself makes them fall. So, from what i know, the best is to wear it at day and let them free at night (or at home) :3
