How did they do it?

I am a teacher, and I actually wonder how some of my colleagues did it.

In my school the teacher either gets interviews by the Principal or sent to a class(most of the thine it was my eighth or second period) and teach a lesson, depending on how well she taught and how well we understood the topic is the score she got by various teachers including vice principals and dean and principal. That would determine if they got the job.
