Yes I have, but I also recognize that the media (and people in general) tend to focus on the negative behaviors of celebrities. They try and find scandalous things because it's fun to see what scandals our celebrities are involved in. However, meeting the prime minister in that dress is plain disrespectful given the event and the amount of time he would have had to prepare.
