They do this on Carnival Cruise, so it's most likely a cruise. Oh god I want to go on another cruise, the ship was just so fun

It may be a Disney Hotel, because I stay at their resorts a lot and they always do this!!

Oh, this is a cruise, isn't it? I went on one of these - they did this to the towels every night, sunglasses and all. It was awesome!

Actually it is in some sort of Disney hotel by the flyers on the bed.

Considering the life vest and the shelf-type kids' bunks, I think it's on a Disney cruise ship.
