honestly, I have never eat a whole kiwi, only small pieces, one by one, so how do u eat it?

You cut it in half. Not long ways. And eat it wih a teaspoon by scooping it out. Not like this. Oh and if you have it, the special kiwi fruit knife/spoons.

It has the same consistency as the skin of a plum. If you would eat -only- the skin, it would suck. But this is 99,9% juicy kiwi, and 0,1% skin.

We slice and eat it with skin on. Like a peach. But wash it well first. Most of the fuzzies will be washed away.

Kiwi fruit is actually amazing. It is high in fibre and minerals, has more vitamin c than oranges, has a compound that helps with asthma and arthrightis annnnnd it can help fight ageing.

I always eat it like that :) it's good if your lazy but the skin is pretty sour. ^-^
