I might be hearing it wrong, but I heard nice things all throughout. There wasn't that expected transition from negativity to well-wishing and "i miss you" after the suicide.
I think the idea is that all those messages came after bullied teens had already committed suicide.. which is why the final message is to "be nice. now." (subtext being: "before it's too late")
