The one on the left is sorta true, not because men are some rape-urged animals or whatever, but because the outfit was made specifically to please the male audience while having no practicality to it whatsoever. One bullet and she'd dead. That seems just stupid to me.
Whoever claims the one on the right is true, however, is a total idiot.
For a great game with a woman who really owns her sexuality /and/ has a somewhat skimpy outfit (because she freaking enjoys it, so don't you dare), see Bayonetta. It's amazing, and it seemed very profound to me that no matter what a woman is wearing in video games or movies, it should be because she enjoys it and she's comfortable in it (unless of course, the plot is that she's not, but in that case it should definitely be elaborated). No one who chooses what to wear because they like it should be told that they are oppressed, whether it's a lot or a little.
