Take a study hall and five classes instead of six classes? Don't spend hours on Facebook/Twitter/Snapchat/Pinterest/tumblr? Pick the one or two activities you like most rather than those PLUS the ones you think will look good on a college applicaton?

Alternatively, don't join every sport, club and activity and complain that you now don't have enough time.

I wake up at 6, leave school at 3pm, get home at 4pm, take a nap till dinner, eat, do homework till I go to bed at 1130, and repeat

Wake up at 7. School ends at 4, extra curricular till about 6, gym until maybe 7:30, homework, study, food and then sleep at around 11. I'm in all AP classes and i have literally no time.
