I usually hate these 'live love life be yourself love everyone and everything watch all the colours in the sky be like a cloud' bullshit but this one... This one I actually like.

I love seeing out of shape or obese/fat people at the gym or other forms of exercise because they are trying to fix a problem. Even if it's minimal work, they will always be miles ahead of the ones who do nothing about it.
