I feel the same way but I think the feeling of discomfort comes from uncertainty. Like I just want to skip all of the beginning stuff and go straight to the 'weve been together five years and fart around eachother' kind of stuff where youre just comfortable all the time

That is so me. Like I'm ok hanging around with guys but when somebody hints that a guy likes me, I get awkward around him, then he'll be intimidated and not like me anymore. Yeah, sad life
