I think their fangs are like a straw..but I am no vampire expert.

Like, one fang is sucking blood and the other is injecting the "venom". It would make an awesome scene where a vamp is just biting with one fang and the girls like: "what the fuck are you doing?"

It depends on the kind of vampire, actually. There are many different kinds from many different cultures. Most Nosferatu, for example, can use their fangs like straws, while the more noble European vamps (like the classic Dracula, Lestat, etc) bite and then use their mouths to suck/drink the blood.
