Bull sharks have always been able to live in freshwater

They actually tracked a bunch of them in the water ways near where I live. They traveled from salt to fresh about 5 times really short amount of time going all the way from one end of the river to the other. The smart thing is though, that there is a parasite that lives in the sharks but that parasite cant survive in the freshwater.
