Totally agree with this, not everything in Australia wants you dead

We have a geko that we named Eric and he chased down and ate a huntsman last week- the poor little spider didn't stand a chance against our albino geko

I tried to imagine the majestic galloping but I could only think of it trying to run but its legs getting all tangled up and it ends up tripping

Omg my soul died at 'gallops'

Wait... Come on guys... A spider cannot be the cutest fuzziest animal Australia has x_x

Still ugly and scary (I have a huge fear of spiders so sorry if I'm over exaggerating)

In NZ, our equivalent is the Domestic House Spider

It's smaller, but still, these fellas like beds.
Only a few weeks ago I had a morning call from one of them kindly requesting that I get out of the bed as fast as possible.

Says a lot about Australia that a harmless animal it's still the scariest thing ever
