Also, washing your face everyday and not touched no you face with your dirty hands help.
Oh and
DO NOT PICK AT YOUR ACNE B/C YOU'LL BE STUCK WITH SCARS THAT WILL HAUNT YOU FOREVER AND TOU WILL HATE YOURSELF FOR IT.
Just saying, from personal experience...
First go to the dermatologist and idk about this one but apparently sleeping on a fresh towel helps?
I guess it helps to like.. Soak up the acne juices so it doesn't get deposited elsewhere on your skin? O_O
Sleeping on a fresh towel helps because the oil from your face will rub off on the towel instead of your pillow, and changing out the towel means your face doesn't come into contact with those oils again. (:
There's this soap my grandma bought me it's called Rattlesnake soap, it's yellow. I've used it for two weeks now, and it works alright. Also, using sunblock specific for the face and that its says non oily works really well too, I think it's a neutragena brand. Both are not that expensive.
They want me to go on something called acutane but you have to go on two different forms of birth control because it causes extreme birth defects. I decided my break outs aren't bad enough for that.
Holy crap that's intense. When I went to the dermatologist, she wanted to put me on birth control to balance out my hormonal levels because I break out a lot, especially durning that time of the month but my mom wouldn't allow it (I'm 17), so instead they gave me these pills that sorta do the same as birth control pills without the birth control part.
I've tried proactive also but as soon as I stopped using it my acne came back. Also home remedies but...eh they don't really work.
The whole reason I have acne right now is because of the birth control Depo shot. It made me gain 20 pounds and gave me severe acne. I had never struggled with acne before except for the occasional zit.

Also, I'm on continuous birth control (skipping the placebo week and going straight into the next pack) and that's significantly calmed down my hormones and periods. Before I had on the dot almost scheduled periods that were heavy, painful, and I had erratic mood swings. Now I don't get that and my acne is much better, but I still get some pretty nasty pimples sometimes. I'm sure that this stuff (that is a daily face wash, not like a mask) will minimize those breakouts significantly
