Because generating such a picture consumes a LOT of power. Let alone an animation. Games are not even an option for this resolution, yet.

On side note, there are things that resemble real life things just as good as this. So much that they pass totally before your eyes without our attention.
Catacylsms, monsters, fire, animals, any kind of special effects...
We are not /that/ far from it.

In the movie Frozen it took 70 hours to render one frame, and the characters aren't even that realistic
So if you try to make a movie or a game this realistic the whole thing would crash or take 10 years to make
