Oh my favorite scene?
"A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fave beans and a nice chianti."
*creepy hissing thing that A. Hopkins totally improvised that creeped the hell out of everyone*
Honestly, this is my favorite boom/movie ever. I read this in 7th grade and just fell in love with it. For Christmas my friend gave me a collectors edition of the movie.
Nice, my favorite quote of his has to be the last thing he says to clarice on the phone, saying that he's "meeting a friend for dinner". The quote forever sends chills down my spine
Second favorite quote.
Clarice is talking to Dr. Lecter for the first time.
Starling: "Most killers keep some sort of trophies from their victims."
Dr. Lecter: "I didnt."
Starling: "No, you ate yours."
Just...ugh.
Oh and when Dr. Lecter gives Starling the papers and his finger runs her finger, that second of physical connection...right on the feels.
Omg I know right, I got a little chill from that scene. I remember in Hannibal the movie that bit when he's in her house and instead of waking her up, he just pulls up the blankets for her
I just love this weird intense intimate relationship they have without the sexual part, ya know. They both know so much about each other, both have entered each others mind, and it's mind blowing and sweet Ina weird psychotic way.
