Check out the size of that nose. It's way too small (notably: it's too short, the width is proportionally equal to that of a tiger's) to be a tiger's, even a cub's. Also the tooth is far too thin - big cats have very thick teeth in order to carry large carcasses without putting strain on the tooth-jaw connection.
Actually, they're not so much scoops as tiny razors. They are used to drink water, but they are also used to separate the fur from the meat of their prey. That's why it hurts when a cat licks you in the same place for a while - they're literally scraping off your skin.
