I'd gladly murder someone who was trying to murder me regardless of state laws regarding fatal self-defense. Although I'm not sure it could be called "murder" in this case...

I'm not sure about other countries, but here in SA, if someone breaks into your house and you "assault" them, you can go to jail. Which is pretty fucked up.

if someone tries to mug me and i for some odd reason have a gun on me i would live by my life motto for once.

Hell if someone tried to mug me and I had only my wallet and phone I'd try and bite their hand off. I don't wanna be hurt and I don't want to seriously hurt others but if that's what it takes to keep me safe I'm going all in.
