This is absolutely true. Sometimes it's kinda hard to say no outright and sometimes you accidentally agree to something you realize that you don't want to take part in.

Don't think it's always true, though. I remember being too nervous to go on my first date with my now boyfriend and if he listened to this, we wouldn't be in a relationship. It's not always as it appears. However, I do agree that this is relevant to most cases. Just know the personality type a bit, too.
