Yeah it was period blood not self harm. If it was self harm why would she be laughing? Also if it was in a bathroom stall , it would make even more sense that it was period blood.

I don't wanna burst anyone's bubble but if she used her own blood, they will find out its her, or km she left a print. Even if it is someone elses, they will obviously interview that person and find out it was her. Bad move dude.
