It most likely won't be available for the general public to buy...just for hospitals.

Yeah but if the manufacturers only sell it to hospitals, then how would a junkie ever get ahold of one? And what junkie would have the thousands of dollars it would take to buy one?

Can someone give these to the blood banks???? I've tried donating 7 times in the past 9 months, and actually done it only once. Other than that, they prod around with sharp fingernails for 10 min, call another person over...eventually put their bigass needle in, WIGGLE IT AROUND, prod some more, then take it out and tell me they couldn't find my vein, sorry, try again later. Gah.

Junkies can always find a vein - plenty of practice and they just have to learn their own.
