Hat swag

Something sort of like that happened to me. I was 8 and my hairband flew off during a ride, hit the guy behind me in the face and they caught him clutching his nose on one of those photographs they take to see reactions. He caught it and gave it back afterwards, so that was nice.

When I was in high school I threw a pen at one of my friends. He was about thirty feet away, and I purposefully threw it low to avoid his face. In one motion, he kicked the pen out of mid-air, it popped straight upwards and he caught it right in front of his face. And to this day, that is the coolest thing I've ever seen.

One time when I was on a rollercoaster, the man sitting in front of me spit a giant wad of snot and it flew into my face. I even saw it coming in slow motion and there was no stopping it or dodging. Catching a hat is way cooler.

Once my friend got in trouble and got seated at the front of the class. I threw a pen at his head and he turned around and caught it just centimetres from his face. To this day, it's the coolest thing that ever happened in school.
