Most domestic abuse cases usually involves the woman abusing the man. Since nobody gives a damn about men's issues it is belittled and not taken seriously.
The real statistic of male victims is about 40% of all domestic abuse cases, which is significant, but nowhere near "most." I don't know what you've been hearing, but people definitely give a damn about men's issues, especially feminists. Feminism is about stopping people from feeling inferior to anyone else. While many call it "the patriarchy" scathingly, we do live in a male-dominated society, and that hurts men as well as women. Society expects men to be tough and "manly," so it's difficult for male abuse victims to come out about it because they don't want to seem weak. Male abuse victims definitely are belittled, but it's by "the patriarchy" or whatever you want to call it. I'm sorry that you feel male victims are ignored, but there are people fighting for them.
