I think he had the front side of the paint brush dipped in one color and the back side dipped in a different color..

My health coach was telling us how this is the way he would relieve stress. He said when he first saw it he thought why Am I watching this weird guy?!?! And then he kept watching and now every Saturday that is what he looks forward to watching.
