They don't want downvoted to be changed so now it's only down arrows so that you can tell that it's been downvoted, without reason, but they keep the likes.

So I won't be able to see how many downvotes a certain comment has, other than my own?

No, you cannot see ANY downvotes. Just upvotes. I can't see my downvotes either.

You can see if a comment has been downvoted, but not how many downvotes it has.

Well this is just disappointing. I kind of enjoyed seeing how many people downvotes a comment :P

I didn't, especially because I was getting chased by people who just disliked my comments so I couldnt talk.
