Not technically. Most of the Phandom ships it, though. We're pretty sure Phan was real in 2009, but then 2012 happened and that wasn't too good a year for the ship, but now it's 2015 and they're as married as they can be without actually being confirmed married. Seriously, they're in Japan right now and half of this Phandom is convinced it's their honeymoon and the other half is convinced their "cherry blossom proposal" au is going to come true.
