Obviously the ginge in the back was caught in mid jump, the guy in the front is just doing some killa splits and the one to the left behind him is doing some awesome super hero stance and the guy to the right is just doing a jig

I relate to this so much....it especially sucks when you are the one that tries to organize them becuase at one point you realize it is useless to even attempt to save the group project

and then there is just some random guy on the left doing nothing
