Or when you wake up and fall asleep again and wake up the second time and only five minutes have passed so you think you can just do that again and next time is two hours
I read somewhere that when you wake up with an alarm, there is a good chance that it will interrupt deep or rem sleep, and so you feel like crap, but when you wake up naturally (like a 5am), deep sleep wasn't interrupted, so you feel better rested. I don't know if it's true or if its just a load of bullshit, but there you have it: the explanation of a guest...
Or in the case of people who go to high school: "wake up at 5 A.M. and think it's too early, sleep and wake up realizing you really should have gotten up at 5, because school starts at 6."
