Shutter Island: One of my favorite movies

This is one of my favourite movies too. Don't want to ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it, but the twist in it was insane... literally.

Here was my thought process after seeing this (during finals week): 'Oh that sounds like it was almost taken from the Dark Knight quote," then I thought "wait Christopher Nolan directed inception and dark knight so it wouldn't be copying." THEN I realized that just because it's a picture of Leo in a movie doesn't mean it's inception, and in fact this was taken from Shutter Island. I need sleep...
