We shouldn't criticize girls/women on what they wear. How short or long their dresses are, have no impact on their character. Although a dress with less cloth is not that graceful, it doesn't says anything about their characters. People should be judged based on which decisions they make in life, not the clothes they wear. I know a woman who wear really short skirts etc. but she cheated on her husband. I'm don't want to generalize but we can't judge people on their way of clothing
I feel like for the porn stars since everyone knows what they look like underneath those dresses they're kind of over trying to reveal themselves. Whereas the "influential" people haven't been seen naked (for the most part) so they're all like "Look at how sexy I am but OHP nooo you can't see all of it I'm classy but I can be sexy". Just a thought.
I hate how slutty female clothing is becoming. I hate how people ce ter their lives around their sexuality, as in, I hate how the thing people try so hard to present about themselves is not their personality or intelligence, it is there sexual appearance. And I hate those celebrities who make it look acceptable to basically make yourself a sex object. Stop dressing sluttily, people.
I'm sorry but I think that it's really wrong and unethical to judge people solely on the way that they're dressed. Also please don't slut shame, it's really harmful. Thanks
Then stop dressing like a slut. Those clothes basically say,"I value my sexual appeal more than I value myself as a thinking human being. I am a sex object," slutty clothing is disgusting.
depends where you draw the line. Here I think their choice of clothing is very inappropriate, especially for an event that we would expect to be formal and classy. I guess it's sort of how you view it. Many, like you said, would see it as "I value my sex appeal." while others would see it as, "I have confidence in my body." BUT I do agree that this is most definitely taking it too far, and I'd certainly be uncomfortable if somebody walked past me in clothes like that, whatever the occasion.
In regards to the see-through dresses: the theme was "China, through a looking glass" or something like that, so that's why they went for the "glass" look.
Dis gon be good
Bit disappointing though
