The weirdest thing is there HAS to be a story behind each of these laws.

in georgia it is illegal to tie a giraffe to a telephone pole

The ice cream in the back pocket is because someone once stole a horse by putting the ice cream in their pocket. The horse followed because, dude, its ice cream. And the guy didnt get in trouble because he never actually touched the horse to steal it.

Imagine being that one guy that is a bystander as one guy rides a bike in a pool and someone calls the police, and the guy screams and kicks and tries to run as he is arrested for riding his bike in a pool
