They already have cars for people in wheelchairs. They are called cars. Just regular cars

Try getting on a car without your 2 legs functioning and have no outside help other than a wheelchair

Alex Zanardi (Former Indy Cart champ) Has done quite well for himself after losing legs in crash. Has a great sense of humour about it too. :-)

It's pretty hard to get in a car with disabled legs. Then, you have to put the wheelchair in the car too.
