yooo so i'm desi, right, and i can understand hindi and gujurati perfectly well, i'm just not confident enough to speak it? if somebody had encouraged me instead of making me feel stupid for not speaking hindi/gujurati well, then i'm fairly sure i'd be fluent. encouragement matters, kiddos.
