Except Scooby was a great dane

He might have a physical or mental handicap

But i cant imagine a dog with a mental handicap acting much different if that makes sense

I dont know how it would either but it could happen also some dogs have a throat problem where if they eat standing like a normal dog they throw up and cant keep anything down so they have to be fed in a special high chair. I know some animals can have a type of downs syndrome
