I think it's thailand. When I was there there were commercials for that "tiger kingdom". I didn't go obviously, but met lots of people who did...

Where I live I can just randomly go to the local Cheetah farm and play with Lions, Leopards, cheetahs etc. I wouldn't pull their tails though....
