No. I've heard the same thing with the same punchline.
A British PM found out 4 Brazilians died in India, or a blonde who slept with 4 Brazilian men.
It's just a joke.

If you ever feel bad about yourself... I once went to the nurse sick and she asked if I wanted to go home or stay at school. I picked stay at school!
