But that's generally implying a natural shape... People should work with their natural eyebrow shape and then if they want fill them in, pluck them, wax them etc.
I doubt that girls will change their face because of a post on a joke site that tells them to only have one type of eyebrow, even though it may look completely different from whatever they were born with. You can pencil in whatever you want and it is not my place to tell you not to.
