How to test how cooked your meat is

This will be helpful next time I eat someone's hand.

I just spent the last 5 minutes poking my hand in different positions. And I have no regrets.

This is actually a test Gordon Ramsey uses.

I'm a line cook and I use this, it's legit. But you don't push your fingers together, don't use pressure just touch them together.
