In Germany every child can write in kindergarten. That's pretty normal

haha in the Philipinnes kids can make it to 3rd Grade without completely learning to write.

Actually in Germany they don't have to be able to write. They learn that in school. But most kids learn to write some stuff like their own name in kindergarten .

In the U.S., kids learn to write Kindergarten-1st grade.
