No I don't want a mocha cappuchino latte with almond milk and caramel flavouring, I want a short black... Is that so hard to do?

I remember the first time I had to buy a coffee out, I just said "I want the most generic thing you have"

I don't wanna pay 3-4 bucks for a cup of coffee which I could make at home. When I go to Starbucks if I wanna throw away a few bucks I get the stuff other than just coffee

Okay so as someone who works at Starbucks I could care less how you order your coffee but for the amount I get paid i shouldn't have to deal with the things I get 9 dollars and I've hard hot coffee thrown on me because it wasnt "dark enough" ontop of that I've been screamed at because I didn't put enough caramel on top of a woman's frap so much that I went on break crying and those are just two of the hundreds instances. And yes sometimes I am at fault and I'll apologize but the majority its customers freaking out over things that will take me two seconds to adjust to there liking so just like heads up half the time we act like assholes is because people treat us like shit over a cup of a coffee. A CUP OF COFFEE like fuck its a cup of coffee chill. If you don't want spend five bucks for it go somewhere else I'm not forcing you and I don't make the prices. I do the best I can

Food service is a form of retail.

Excuse me, I guess I meant department store retail. Didn't realize it all fell under "retail" since everyone I know differentiates the two as "retail" and "food service".

Well, think about, in retail, you're selling stuff, and Food service, you're selling food, the difference is the type of merchandise.

I've never encountered anyone like that in Starbucks (although I've been there just a few times) but do the employees really think they're classy for working there? Cause, ya know, that's kind of like McDonalds employees comparing themselves to Michelin star restaurants.

If you buy coffee at Starbucks it means you don't know anything about coffee. And probably you're a dumb US white girl.

Guest, I'll just leave you to tell that, (exactly as you wrote it), to everyone who drinks Starbucks, yet isn't a "dumb white girl".
