This is simply because there are more criminals than geniuses in California

Im not sure what statement this wall is supposed to make? The decision to build prisons is bad? Or that someone should change the world so that it needs more schools and less prisons.....all while they are building a uniform covered wall..?

I think it's that the money is going to jails instead of education.

There are more idiots in the world than centered individuals. Supply and demand.

In 2008 there were 2.8 millions enrolled college student in california while in 2014 there 136000 inmates. 2 conclusions. They probably built more prison than colleges because the inmate population grew more or because they already had more than enough place for college student.

The implication is clear: If California had only built more colleges and fewer prisons, we'd have fewer prisoners and more college graduates. No doubt, each grad would have a fantastic job and be adding to our tax money PLUS creating valuable goods and services for society. I now see how it da gubmint's fault that there's crime.

So you basically think that prison creates criminals and colleges creates people willing to study. Do you also believe that if there were more banks people would have more money and if we built more toilets people would take more dumps? is that how f*&?ng s#?)id you are???

That's because people LEAVE college, unlike prison, where you usually stay for more than 20 years.

The average time spent in prison overall is about 2 1/2 years.
