I agree because some people are perfectionists with high expectations. I'm just glad I never got below a B for GCSEs

Yes, some people aren't capable of an A. One of my best friends just barely passed Chemistry this year because she just didn't get it. She had almost all A's in her other AP and honors classes, but chemistry just didn't click for her. It really does happen that someone can't get an A in a class.

What I've always strived for is an A. A B is good, but it's not an A. A C is okay because it's passing but it's disappointing to get one (at least to me). Aim for an A, be lucky to get a B, and be thankful to get a C instead of a D or an F.

Why is this such a big deal? The parents made a goal of a B, because their child is behind. No need to say you're so much better.

Me personally, I think anything under 90 is bad. Under 95 is decent. Our school used a percentage system
