As a liberated man, I expect nothing less than the lady to open the door for me, pay for the date and return the toilet seat to its proper upright position.

He does, well, at least I do. It's called being polite. Well, i don't pull out chairs for anyone besides my girlfriend, but i do everything else for everyone, especially old people. I will rush with my arms full to hold a door for an old person...
