I actually recently started exercising more intensively and I must say I feel great! I lost 4 kg (8.8 pounds) in a month and I still eat whatever the heck I want. Yes, I do get cake and 'smores and ice cream and pizza but I also eat less in general, because I usually don't feel hungry at all after exercise, even when I was a bit hungry before. So, ladies and gentlemen, don't lose hope, and please don't try to push our society's standards just because you're lazy and like to overeat.

I bet the "fat" wife is a lot more fun to be around than the skinny vegetarian who probably talks about food all day.

Guessing people's traits based on their healthy lifestyle is just as hypocritical as fat shaming, if not more. What if the fat wife's approach was so passive to everything? How fun would that be then? I think we all should stop assuming somebody's more or less fun based on their weight. That's discrimination and huge hypocrisy.
