Science lecture! The human body actually increases it's cell count until the age of 22, which means that it's growing faster than it's dying. After that, the chromosome's telomeres begun to shrink with every replication, and the cells don't replicate as fast. Once the telomeres are too short, the cell cannot replicate, which causes age-related deaths.

Fun fact the rate at which your cells are being produced to the rate of Wich they die is positive until you turn 26 when more cells are doing than being created so you live until 26 before you start dieing
