I still think its a valid complaint. A lot of schools in america don't have a good education because teachers give their students higher test scored so they get higher salaries

Since most public school teachers in America belong to a Union that statement isn't very true. However, many schools do receive funding based off those standardized test. The better the scores the more funding the school gets, this leads many schools to teach for the test and not for an education. Many, many, many teachers have expressed their dissatisfaction with how the system works. They got into the field to teach and mold young minds but instead are forced to give their students a substandard education limited by the school boards and administration. Lack of parental interest also plays a huge role. Parents are quick to blame the teachers for failing their kids and yet don't seem to care enough to make their kids do the homework and the study required to pass a course. So instead of blaming the teachers you should place the blame where it belongs and that's on the administration and the parents.
