They could have a heart condition. Or some physically invisible form of disability

I think that the handicap spots are made for people in wheelchairs and those who have a hard time to walk. Not those who can walk unaffected by their handicap.

Obesity is definitely not an invisible nor is it a disability. They should make those lazy twat park furthest away.

Well I mean. People with heart conditions can walk sure. Make them do it to long and they'll flop out on the floor. Especially in heat and such. So. Meh.

But why would they need extra space to get out of the car?

They may not but the space is for close accessibility to the place for anyone with a disability, which covers people with physical disabilities and or other. The extra space is to make sure all are accommodated but not to single out and say its only for the people who need extra space.

They would still need to apply and recieve the permission to park in handicap spots.
