Of course there are people that look like video game characters. I think the point of the second image is to say what the character would look like if she was an average woman.

The last one looks more like the modified video game character

FYI, the third are either 1) photoshopped to perfection and/or 2) in no physical condition. To perform the roles suggests in first image. The second image is irrelevant as that's just a representation of the average woman and isn't by any means a "game realistic" version.

WHO THE FUCK PLAYS VIDEO GAMES TO EXPERIENCE REAL LIFE??? Seriously, I'm so sick of people wanting things to look more realistic, where the hell Is people's sense of imagination and wonder? That's the point of video games, to escape reality, to visit a place you can't actually go, to see things you won't see in everyday life, to be a you that you can't be. It doesn't make sense why people want things more realistic. Everyday I see this stupid stuff about needing more realistic looking women and needing stronger female protagonists, and the graphics need to look more realistic, and the games need to be bigger, and blablablablabla. To me it just feels like people expect games to be more than they are, they aren't tools to further some feminist or sexist agenda, they aren't meant to look like reality, and God damnit, fucking samus from metroid, Aqua from birth by sleep, tifa from final fantasy 7, garnet from final fantasy 9, freya, from final fantasy 9, yuffie from final fantasy 7

And the list goes on and on, people need to understand that just because they aren't the main focus of the game, doesn't mean they aren't a huge focus of the game. Ugh I've probably dropped the ball on this and got really aggravated when I shouldn't have, and I apologize funsubsters, I'm just so sick of people forcing all this nonsense on my video games, when I'm just happy playing a game about a potato running a weapon shop

People play video games for the fantasy not to be average...

You'd think, but more and more I see people more focused on the realism instead of the fantasy, fantasy seems to interest people less and less, and that kills me

I play my games for the same reason and it makes me sad it seems to be getting less popular too. That rant was well said.

Somone posed for the bikini girl photo and they were as thin as that whoever made this just insulted somone for being thin.

All of them live active life styles and they wouldn't be chubby unless they were eating very large amounts of food. Of course this excludes Cortana because she's an a.i. and her appearance is just a hologram. It also excludes the bottom one, because I don't know what she does. Also, bikini girl is iffy but considering what little I know about the world that gta is set in, she probably works out and diets, so the middle picture is almost definitely inaccurate.

Well if they were working out constantly then they'd get bigger and more muscular arms, shoulders, and thighs as a result, not thin, porcelain looking legs and bodies

You are correct, prancingpelicans, but I never said anything to contradict that. I simply said that the middle pictures were wrong and very ill informed. Also, I said that most of them lived active life styles which is very different from saying that they work out constantly. So, a realistic depiction of them wouldn't be nearly as muscular as what you're imagining.
