I hate this ! There is a sidewalk he could be using . If there's not a sidewalk ride to the side and allow ppl to pass you and they will give you room .

In the UK you can be fined for Riding on the sidewalk if you're age 12 years +

Most of the US it's 16. But agreed. The sidewalk is for walking. I ride my bike as far to the right as I can. Most roads are plenty wide for a safe pass on my left.

They need to follow road and road lights too if they want to share the road with cars. Where j live, these bikers are ridiculously rude!
