I hope the humans kept all these little ones and didn't sell them..I hate that! I realize a litter of pups can be over whelming, but I don't think you should let all of them go.
I agree. Should have had the poor thing sprayed so she won't need to go through the pain of having her children taken from her and sold to other places.
Even if she didn't get spayed, you should keep at least one. Breeders will often do that so the mother won't get as upset, and then the mothers will eventually get used to letting the other ones go. Sometimes if they don't, the mother will let herself die.
Lyonstill, that's technically the right word for male and female. It just means you're 'neutralizing' the animal's reproductive capabilities, which is what happens during an ovarian hysterectomy AND a castration. While neuter (or castration) and spay (or OHE) are the recognizable words, neuter isn't wrong when used to describe both.
